+Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Zero call-out fee, zero travel charge, zero weekend surcharge. You pay for the repair or the tyre and nothing else — plenty of mobile operators add $50–$90 just for showing up. We never have.
+How fast can you actually get here?
Inside our Parramatta radius we're typically at your car within about 30 minutes, same day. If we're mid-job we'll give you the honest window before you commit.
+What does it cost?
Puncture repairs start from $150. Most new tyres run $220–$250 fitted and balanced depending on size and brand. No call-out fee on top. You get the exact figure on the phone.
+Can you repair it, or do I need a new tyre?
If the damage is in the repairable tread area and the sidewall is intact, we repair it. If it isn't safe to repair we'll say so and quote the replacement — no upsell games.
+Can you come to my workplace?
Yes, and most people prefer it. Leave the keys, keep working, come out to a finished car.
+Do you do roadside emergencies?
We're a mobile tyre service by appointment, not a tow truck. If your car is somewhere safe and flat, we'll come to it.
